Saw this doctor twice.  I liked him very much, and decided to have surgery on my toe.   His office was supposed to contact me to schedule my surgery, but, they never did.  I called them twice, but, both times Kristen was not available to speak with me.  She never called me back.  The doctor may be very good, but, his staff is not.  I will be seeing another doctor.  Very disappointed in this office.

Dr. Levy has treated me for a few years ever since he operated on my toe-He did such an excellent job and have had no problem since! What I like about Dr Levy is that he is so calming and personable. He always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.His staff is very amicable and takes very good care of my needs, as far as insurance, taking care of my appointments and setting me up in the exam room !

I am writing this with some hesitation as I have been a patient of Dr. Levy for at 25 years and liked him and sent my son as well as my husband to him. But then I went into Medicare that doesn't cover routine corn/callus removal (which I mistakenly thought would be covered by my secondary Blue Cross Anthem insurance). It took me a while to figure and work all this out because an ignorant Anthem cust svce rep strung me along saying that they will pay as soon as the doctor when their office bills them correctly. This did not happen but I was unaware that Dr. Levy didn't get paid. To my shock when I called them recently to make an appointment for foot pain I was told that my account had been frozen and I had to pay them immediately before I could come and be seen by the doctor. It would have been fine if they simply told me about the past due bill which I could pay at the time of the current visit. I paid it over the phone using a credit card only then they gave me appointment. A 25 year relationship means so little to them!
