Giving this salon 4 stars because I usually love it! Tracy does my nails so well. Recently, however, I went to Diana to do my nails. Im not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was so aggressive with my hands and nails and did such a poor job on my french tips. I was so upset. She gave me so much attitude and said no I cant when I asked her to do a simple design. She also responded with Okay whatever after I was done paying. She has a bad attitude, I would not recommend her. Her nail work is also a hit or miss. I am never one to leave poor reviews like this but this threw me off completely.

I got my toes done with Mary and it was the most disappointing experience ever. I got a regular pedicure and I went to tip her $5 to which she looked at it with disgust and asked me to keep it. This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this at this salon as everyone is so kind and accommodating. I felt so embarrassed when I left for trying to tip her for her work which is not okay. Because of this incident I will not be coming back as I would not want to spend my money somewhere its not needed. This was my #1 salon where I have recommended my whole family to come in because of their good work but this is just beyond me.

Tracy did an amazing job on my nails! She really took her time and was so precise making sure the shape and polish was perfect and consistent on each nail.

Van was great. He did exactly what I asked.. I got a new set with a gel fill and polish, it came out perfect!! This is my new place.
