Tom Flynn - State Farm Insurance Agent

Although Tom and his staff are nice. State Farm as a whole is terrible. I made a claim with them over a month ago. I have had three adjusters assigned to me where appointments were made for them to come out. Then on that day they dont show or even call. Meanwhile I had to take off of work to be home for them. Totally unprofessional.

this agency did nothing but waste my time and money they will tell you about the policy you are about to purchase  and make an appointment with you just to stopo by and sign papers meanwhile 2hours later and they finally going to print the paperwork having already taken my money and tell me they cannot write the policy after two weeks and 2h in their office and they tell me all of a suudden they cant write the policy all they do is tell lies to get you in the doordo not waste your time here because that is all it is ....                one big waste of time !!!
