        I purchased a house through Weichert. The agent (Tarannum Rehan) did a good job of marketing house for the seller unfortunately by misrepresenting features and condition of the property. I had to purchase without seeing house due to living across the country and COVID travel restrictions. Major appliances including AC/Furnace, refrigerator, washer/dryer had to be replaced almost immediately. There was extensive damage to flooring and windows, cheap paint job etc. Pictures for listing camouflaged damage beautifully. My inspector should have caught this. Agent suggested bidding war driving the price above market for the condition, however, no one who actually saw house would have participated. I'm selling the house in 3 yrs to move back to the West Coast and won't use this realtor because I don't endorse dishonesty even when it benefits me.
