My wife and I recently purchased our first home together, and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the entire process was while working with Arthur. My husband and I worked with Arthur for over a year to find our family home in the tough housing market of 2022-2023. As first time homeowners with unrealistic expectations of our "forever home", Arthur was patient and kind while keeping us from straying from our original goals. Arthur was always a positive force when things didn't go our way and fought for us when we needed an advocate. Arthur is easy to communicate with via text or calling. He was patient with our 2 year old son who often had to accompany us and let us take our time looking at a home when he slowed us down and helped occupy him. On our way to our closing, my husband said "Is this the last time we'll see Arthur?", happy about our house, sad we will no longer have a reason to hang out with our friend.
