Went in to purchase a betta fish for my son. John was the employee that helped me and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed to support the fish. 2 different employees refused to help knowing he had people waiting on him. I would recommend this place based on my experience with john.

Cant say enough good things about Pet center! They are awesome and so incredibly helpful at answering questions. Customer service is knowledgeable about all the important puppy info and the store is clean/organized. Megan and Jules were beyond amazing to work with when buying our new dachshund and give him a forever home. Made us feel comfortable with our decision and helped with financing. So happy and would highly recommend buying a dog from here! We are thrilled with our new little addition to the family: Franklin
