Tom and Dawn are THE BEST! We had a basement that flooded every time it rained hard and had just gotten used to expecting water in our basement every rainfall. They came to our home to assess and in minutes told us the easy DIY fix specific to our situation. We did what they recommended and IT WORKED!! Its been raining now for days and no water in the basement! It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and truly wants to help and does not take advantage of homeowners. We were having a major issue with rain water pooling in the middle of our driveway from a old drain that was collapsed, and clogged. Thomas and his crew (family) were such a pleasure to deal with. Work was done meticulously and they go out of their way to do the job right.
