        DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. All they do is collect your information and health data. Then they schedule appointments without your knowledge and bill your insurance, hoping you won't notice! Save yourself the trouble and do not become a patient here.

        I'll start by saying that I have never left a bad online review. AZZ Medical Associates replaced my physician's office in Matawan, NJ. It is more of a processing center than a doctors office. They have a great website and marketing tools. They call consistently to ask about your health. But are doing nothing more than data collection. Even though they seem to be only focused on processing data and billing, they lack the ability to provide proper medical care. After four attempts by them to renew my daily thyroid medicine using Optum, I left and went to another physician. Stay away from this place. They are terrible.
