Rude Receptionist I found this place through a recommendation on nextdoor. I called up the place for a tax returns filling. The receptionist asked me how did I find the place. I told her a neighbor recommended it. She said I would need to provide the exact first and last name of the neighbor if I need to proceed. Now that didn't make any sense. Told me it was because they had multiple people working there and she wanted me to get to the person whom my neighbor recommended. I told her the name of the person working there, because the next door recommendation had that. However she still wanted the name of my neighbor. So I disconnected the call went back into next door and found the exact name of the person who made the recommendation. I called her again and gave the first and last name of the person who recommended. She then took my details and said I might get a callback in the next few hours. This was last Thursday and I know now that she is not calling me back Why the secrecy? Why did she need the neighbor's first and last name. Do they only take in clients who need to be vouched for? Is this a legal business or some sorority or cult Very sus and rude
