    As far as I can tell, only the atm is drive thru. I am disabled with chronic fatigue and cannot always walk out of car to do a simple transaction (that isnt possible on an atm). Profoundly annoying. This place seems poorly managed.

    As executor of my deceased mother's estate I attempted to open an Estate Account today with a $20k life insurance check I had recently received. I already have a checking account with BOA and wanted to keep both accounts with the same bank. Arrived arround 9:30. First thing I was asked was if I had an apointment. I advised I did not. I was told they only have one person who can handle this and she's busy. Ok fine, so I made an appointment to come back at 1:30. In the meantime I asked the person I was talking to (assuming the manager) if she would go through my documents to make sure everything was in order as I didn't want any issues. She did same and then proceded to advise me that my Executor Short Certificate was over six months and they wouldn't accept it. The Certificate was actually seven months old just to be clear.It should also be noted that it did not have an expiration date on it and in fact it clearly stated that my Executorship had never been revoked and remained in full force and effect. I pointed this out to the individual assisting but all I got was in essence, "Sorry, bank rules". So in order for me to open this $20k account with BOA I would need to take a hike out to Freehold and waste my afternoon trying to get an updated document in order to satisfy their assinine rules. I told the manager to cancel my appointment and I would go elsewhere. And I did. I went two miles down the road to Valley Bank on W. Park Ave where I have some CDs.Not only did I not need an appointment (I walked right in and sat right down), the aforementioned document was not issue at all for them AND they actually seemed to want my business. Instead of telling me what they couldn't do for me they went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. So in the end Valley Bank got my $20k and you BOA lost out because you wanted to be difficult. When the next insurance check comes in I can gaurantee you it won't be going to BOA.

    This BOA is the worst. My mother and I went here and was waiting on a teller. I attempted to walk up to the window and Catherine (teller) proceeded to say I didn't call you, and walked away from the window to have her coworker to take us. Second time again I went with mother. The same teller was nasty. I needed a deposit book and she acted like she didnt understand and that I needed to talk to a person at a desk. She said what she counted and what I had counted was wrong, which was a mistake. And today the same teller had a line and refused to take anyone that was in the line. She had a new worker take people. The new gentleman took my mother, as the gentlemen took me then she wanted to help the next person. Very unprofessional and rude. Definitely need lively new staff members that want to work there
