        I have been here 6 months and it is a nice building. Quiet and very convenient to shopping and food. Pablo just had exterior work and painting done on the building and it looks really nice. Jolanta is really very helpful to all us tenants. Does a nice job making the lobby area feel welcome and cared for. She really does care about the building and tenants. Jarvis and Andrew are around taking care of repairs and service calls. Hats off to Andrew. I had few special help calls and he was there within a day. Very dependable. There are still some repairs and work to be done. One of elevators out since summer. Everything takes time, but hopefully will be taken care of soon.

        Nice retirement apartments. Clean and quiet. But no porches or balconies on any units. Would be nice since the place is tucked into a wooded area. Have to live your life indoors.
