Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview

I was hurt very badly and was a resident here for several months. I was assaulted by an employee and I reported it to every one of the top employees available including the administrators.. the employees do not treat the residents good and yell and mistreat them.. My roommate was barely changed and often just left in bed.. 90% of my clothes were lost and when I tried to get the administrator to handle it he has ignored me I have 8 to 10 emails asking for his assistance and he just refuses to respond although in person he told me he would take care of it...... and owes me well over 400 dollars

Autumn Lake is an awesome facility. Pam the director of admissions helped get my mom in so quickly because I could not take care of her by myself anymore. Do not know all thier names but the nursing staff is great..Everyone is so friendly and helpful .The activity room always has something to keep the residents busy.

My sister was in the medical area then transitioned into assisted living...her room is lovely..All of their staff are friendly and supportive. Any medical issues she may have are addressed imediately, and they keep the family well informed..Family members know she is safe and secure.we are Blessed.

Went there to see some one. Just say her room number starts in the Three hundreds. Those ladies sitting at the desk are rude. I said happy holidays and crickets. If they treat visitors that way, I wonder how they are treating the Residents . This is so sad .

My Niece is there so Im in the facility quite often. Everyone is so nice very welcoming and friendly.
