        A phenomenal nutritionist by the name of Cheri who is very knowledgable. Also does personal training and massage therapy. A must go-to if you're looking to keep up with New Year goals or want to get out of the COVID bod!

        Started 4 months ago with no CrossFit experience. The coaches scaled everything down for me so I could build up my strength. Rachel is an amazing owner and coach! Cheri is an amazing coach and nutritionist. I am so glad I chose CrossFit Parallex to start my CrossFit experience!!!!!!

        Programming at Parallax is consistently excellent. Super supportive staff and I highly recommend it. Having been at this since my early 40's and now in my early 50's, Cossfit Parallax has continued to keep motivated. If you've been working out on your own and are looking for a new challenge or at the beginner level, don't be intimidated, Coach Rachel and her quality staff will be there to help you on your Parallax fitness journey. I am sure of it.
