        This place is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. Its 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to the Laundromat transportation center and stores. Ive lived in alot of different rooming houses and since the renovation and new management Joann and William this place is the best. If u need a place to get back on your feet. Take my word for it and stay here.
