        Lousy response from staff when the unit had a fishy smell. It was not a cleaning issue. It could have been an issue with mold in the air conditioner or an electrical problem. There was a terrible homeowner who rented to us and cared not a bit about the issue. Berger realty stopped returning my request for help.
