My sister and I were not greeted, but the 3 people who walked in several minutes later were. We were looking at glasses in the cases but since we assumed they were locked and were not offered any assistance, we looked elsewhere in the store. But when the group following us were greeted, they were also told those cabinets were unlocked. We walked out. You lost a sale because I wanted a nice pair of glasses.
