I had significant damage from rot and water damage around a set of windows. My insurance company would only cover a fraction of the repairs needed. I called Tim Young and within 15 mins of observation he filed paper work and had the insurance company reverse their stance and covered all of the cost to repair. Tim was prompt, knowledgeable, and more professional than the adjuster my insurance company sent over. Young's Consulting saved me hours of time and effort!!!
