Kitchen renovation project and new hardwood floors installation, Mario and Fred @ Shore Points Construction were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. They made value add suggestions to help out with the overall appearance of the project. I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to the crew @ Shore Points Construction again for future projects.

Master bathroom remodel, very extensive project. Mario was responsive to all our questions and concerns. Final product was awesome, very happy with our choice of contractor, would not hesitate to use Shore Points (Mario) for any future projects. Thank you Eli for the awesome tile work.

Our refrigerator ice maker line broke and caused damage underneath the floors, to the walls, and the cabinets. We knew the whole kitchen needed to be gutted and replaced. I interviewed 6 contractors, some referred to me and some I found online based on reviews. My decision was based on multiple factors, including professionalism, their interest in creating a plan that worked for us, that would look great, a competitive price and a reasonable time frame. After careful consideration, although they were in my top 3 of the 6, I decided to go with Shore Points Construction. I had originally met with Mario, Fred and their cabinet designer, Patty. I really liked them; they spend a lot of time with me and they listed to what my wife and I ultimately wanted. We completely gutted the kitchen / family room area of our condo in Margate. The walss needed to be repaired, some dry wall work, new electrical, plumbing, new floors throughout, painted, new cabinets, faucets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. It looks like a new place. They also did a few other small projects in a few other rooms. There were a few small delays, as expected with any large project. We didn't even have to check in on them in the months they were completing the work. Mario and Fred communicated with me regularly and were always available whenever I had a question or needed anything. Once it was completed, they told me to put together a list of anything that wasn't to our satisfaction. Let me tell you, that list was so small. A few spots to touch up and a few switches needed to be added. Simple as it gets when it comes to a punch list. We are so happy with the results. We would highly recommend Mario and Fred, Shore Points Construction to anyone looking for any type of rennovations or repairs. I've worked with a lot of contractors at my multiple home locations, and couldn't have expected a better group of people, better service, and most important of all, a better outcome with the rennovations. Not only would we recommend them to our friends, family or anyone asking about construction, we will use them again for sure when we need any additional work.

We had a great experience working with Mario and Fred. They had to replace our cantilever deck support beams and deck due to rot. Finished product looks great and they communicated everything with us during the process. I highly recommend Shore Points for you construction needs.

Mario, Fred and all of their workers were amazing. They had great suggestions, were on time, and always cleaned up. I would definitely recommend them.
