I've called Ulmer's two times in the past 2 years with appliance issues. The first one, Matt walked me through over the phone on how to fix my freezer, step by step. Issue resolved.
The 2nd one was a washing machine issue and he told me not to waste money repairing and to get a new one (which he doesn't sell). Both times he could have racked up a service call but didn't.
I can't express how grateful I am, that there are still local businesses around that are truly customer focused. I will recommend and continue to be a loyal customer of Ulmer's (maybe some day I will actually pay them for their time).

Matt just installed a new garbage disposal for my home in Ocean City, NJ. He was efficient and extremely pleasant. I have previously used Ulmer's Appliance Repair for issues with my washer and refrigerator with the same excellent results.
