Good luck getting someone to fix anything. Maintenance fees go up yet theres no improvement in service by Wilkin. They only hire substandard companies to power wash, do lawn work, etc. There is black mold on outside building. Wilkin could care less. Wilkin paints number on your parking spot. The painted number fades away within a month. So residents/visitors park in my only parking spot.

Terrible company with significant turnover. Each property manager has gotten worse. They'll email you that an issue is "resolved" then send a fine without any explanation.
