Watertight Plumbing & Heating

Water tight improperly installed a large, whole house filter in the middle of a thin water pipe. We could not get the top off to change the filter because of the tremendous pressure. We were afraid we’d either break the water pipe or the top of the filter. We called several times and left messages, no response. Finally we called on my son’s cell phone which was a number they didn’t have and the guy picked up immediately thinking it was a new customer calling. He made an appointment with us to come fix it on a Friday and never showed up, never returned our calls again. We had to call in another plumber to come who properly mounted the filter on the wall. It should have never been mounted in between a thin water pipe. I wrote several letters and emails asking for the $350 I had to pay the new plumber to be reimbursed since the new plumber fixed water tights mistake. Silence….never heard back from Water tight again. Buyer beware!

We have had a horrible experience with this company. Worked with Dave to convert our house from oil to natural gas - his work failed inspection TWICE and the fan on our unit now runs 24/7 (even when the thermostat is turned off) due to faulty wiring. He blew off our concerns multiple times, and has been avoiding our calls for weeks - the two issues have still not been resolved. Once he was paid he vanished. I called the main company receptionist and never received a call back from that avenue either. Horrible customer service, and now I question the quality of the work overall.
