I was trying to apply for long term disability for mental health and spoke to 3 different lawyers. 2 lawyers wouldn't take my case, but Mr. Kazmierczak agreed and put me at ease. He was straightforward and honest about the chances of being approved for social security disability (10%) due to my age and because it was mental health (I am 39 years old and suffer from severe anxiety and depression). My case went in front of a judge after appeal and Mr. Kazmierczak was able to help get me approved against the odds.
