My arborvitaes are 23 years old and have never been touched by any deer. In my opinion, these were not properly winterized and dried up because of the harsh winter. I called the office to find out the reason why Bill thinks that the damage was done by the deer. The office manager told me that Bill will not call me back because he has diagnosed the problem already and if I want to know more, I can GOOGLE the issue. Bill didn’t have the courtesy to explain the reasoning behind his thinking. Giving me the number of the third party to take care of the problem doesn’t solve the issue. If he could just pick up the phone to explain his thoughts( no customer service). He just wanted to shift the blame and be done with the issue. It has been a horrible service for the past couple of years since he expanded his business. I have bare spots in my yard in the front and back, I sent the pictures, nothing was done about it😟 Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control, Seeding

Used this service because my lawn was blotchy, Bill the owner came told me what applications he do, and it would make significant improvement, it has not improved at all, called office, spoke to Veronica, she gave me an answer that did not satisfy my inquiry, told her i'd like to speak to Bill, but guess what, Bill never called me back, but they do have my money. Service: Seeding
