Not a great experience. Tech made an uncomfortable exam even more uncomfortable. Not trying to go into detail on public posts, but I felt very disrespected and discriminated against, but other than that last visit they have been great. I have been going there for years, but the treatment this time had me taken back.

Very friendly staff. My technician she's good at her job and very accommodating. She explain well how the process will be done. That's why I always choose them to do whatever labwork or procedures that I needed.

Made an appointment for a fibroscan weeks ahead. Wasnt sure if they did this type of scan but was assured that they do the scan. I even called a week before the appointment to triple confirm to make sure they do the procedure and wa told to rest assured they do the procedure and not to worry . On the day of the exam I arrive 15 mins early as instructed, had to fast so havent eaten anything prior to appointment, after waiting over 30mins I was called up and told that my technician called out sick and I cant be seen.
I said there are no other technicians available? And was told there are but I was assigned to this particular room and that rooms technician isnt available . Asked to speck w office manager who said I can come back later in the afternoon which I couldnt due bc of other priorities. They just stood and blankly stared at me with no options. A big imaging center and no ultrasound technician. I left in tears this test was vital for my upcoming drs appointment. I get home to get a voicemail from the imaging centre saying they actually dont do the kind of test at all!! Do yourself a favour and go to a different location
