        The worst experience ever. Inaccurate information, Lack of professionalism, unable to commit to agreements .. Took advantage of us with high pricing and not willing to match with other lenders .. promised ( in writing ) to waive a fee and put it on final CD ..including the manager of the company who didnt as a courtesy want to abide to an agreement done in writing with his VP . Being a real estate agent I will never refer the company to any of my clients and coworkers. Stay away !

        Terrible company! Delayed my financing untill the point of almost losing my new home purchase and then they called the selling realator to tell them I did not qualify for a conventional loan. Paid $600 for an appraisal I never saw. I quickly changed lenders and quickly received a loan at a lower interest rate then proposed by this company. Steer clear of these crooks especially Gary Marino!
