Great place to rent! My children enjoyed the parks on premises, there are several... Management was very responsive and addressed any all requests in a timely manner... Neighbors were great, and everything was clean... Modern, current and quite affordable considering amenities and ample parking... Highly recommend!!

My husband and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom townhouse style apartment here and we are overall really pleased with our decision.  The apartment is spacious, plenty of closet space, including a pantry and it's overall very quiet here.  The huge storage closet in the apartment is unbelievable and that feature alone would cost hundreds of dollars extra per month but it's included in the rent.  I think if you are a prospective tenant, you have to do your due diligence.  Clearly, if noise bothers you, (and you know that ALL of the apartments here have hardwood floors) then don't rent on the bottom floors or facing the parking lot.  There are NO perfect apartment complexes out there and occasional noise in the hallways from other tenants is part of living in a complex.  I read the other reviews and there really is adequate parking here.  Yeah, if you come home at 11 pm or even later, you're not going to find parking at the front door of the building you live in but the parking lots (and there are several of them) are more than adequate for the number of rentals here.  While everything is new, it's not top grade, best of the best materials but it's fine for the value.  The appliances are Whirlpool and they are full size.  The W/D's are great with all the wash cycles you could want (even extra rinse cycles).  Bottom line - if you're looking for top grade appliances and fixtures, then buy a house and put in whatever you want.  We did change all of the light bulbs throughout the apartment when we moved in because we don't like soft white lighting, which we felt made the apartment seem dark.  The bright white bulbs really made a difference but that's our preference and as such, the complex shouldn't have to replace them for me.  And now maintenance.  While the crew is friendly and do repair stuff, they're not as responsive as we'd like them to and I'm not sure how this will play out in the future.  I only wish the apartments had garbage disposals but they don't :(  Overall, and for the value and location, East Gate cannot be beat.

I recently moved in with my boyfriend to his apartment at East Gate. At first I was worried about moving from a house to an apartment but I must say these apartments are so spacious that I don't feel as if I downsized at all. In fact I think I gained some space here. These apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer inside each unit, as well as the necessary kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). I love the open concept kitchen and living room which was amazing for when we hosted Thanksgiving this year and any other time we have had friends and family over to entertain!! The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a bathroom connected to it. In fact my favorite part of not having a house is the daily maintenance.  I no longer am responsible for things like mowing a lawn or dealing with home repairs. They haves landscapers, a cleaning staff that cleans the lobbies and hallways and the super here is professional, trustworthy and effective at repairs needed to the buildings and in the apartments themselves. I'm not sure why the reviews on here seem to be so negative. I've never had a problem in the time that I've been here nor has my boyfriend who's been living here for 5+ years. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that was looking for an apartment in the area and even to those who weren't considering it. Thank you East Gate for making me feel right at home!!

Great place to live , quiet a place I feel safe and secure , all modern appliances central air washer dryer , one of the key factors this property stands far above the rest is the super and maintenance man Mike he's always on top of repairs and very friendly !!!!! Thank you east gate apartments!!!!

I just moved into these apartments a couple of months ago and they have been wonderful thus far. Very clean. I have a washer and drier in my apt which is such a relief, they work great. Communication with management has been great and for far it seems they take care of everything around here. I would recommend this to friends and family 100%!
