        Thought I had found a good local place to repair my screen. Woman at the desk was very nice, understood what I needed, and wrote up a ticket to get me an estimate. I would have gone with the repair no matter the cost but left it waiting for a call. That was Feb 15th, 2 months ago, never a call, I had to call them at least 5 times to find today it still hasn't been repaired. Picking it up tomorrow to bring somewhere else. Bad business practice.
