Delly worked with my husband and I in 2020-2021 on a whole house renovation. We were originally just in need of help sourcing materials, but she went above and beyond. She steered us in the right direction of having her do the interior elevation architectural drawings along with the material sections. This allowed us to have a hands off approach with our contractors when it came to tile placements and fixture heights etc. Her experience and expertise was so invaluable and the time she took for our client meetings to select tile, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, etc was extensive. Delly is an amazing talented professional. She listens to what we as clients want and works with you to make you understand what should be done. Every space we have done with her ends out to be successful and we love them.

We have done several projects with Delly; the first was our patio. She helped us to to not only design the space but to also figure out the regulations in our town given we had some constraints given the additions we had to our house and the amount of usable land. Next she just designed and helped work w our contractor for our basement renovation. She both designed the space while also helping us pick out the tile, floor, lights, vanity -- you name it! Delly is incredibly professional, flexible, collaborative and has a great eye. It is an absolute pleasure working with her and potentially she will also help to spearhead the renovations of my other 2 bathrooms for which she has already drawn out the schematics. She is a fantastic architect and designer, I wish I had known about her for my prior renovations.

When we found ourselves indecisive while choosing colors to repaint our older Tudor home, Delly came in to the rescue. She helped us realize our vision and took care of everything! She ordered samples, walked us through a number of approaches and made it easy for us to decide with confidence. Delly promptly responded to every email we sent her, and there were many! She is accommodating, easy to work with, experienced in her field, and simply a pleasure to work with from beginning to end!

Our project was to create an outdoor living space and renovate our bathrooms. We interviewed a few architects and went with Delly because she was responsive, thorough and creative. The others didn't even compare. She is easy to work with, pleasant, reasonable and helpful. Delly helped us bid out our project, review proposals and answered the many questions we had along the way. We have future projects in mind and will definitely work with Delly again.
