We have been using their services for the past few years and my accountant Debbie for many years prior. They are extremely professional and accommodating. The office itself is very nicely appointed as well. I would ever think of going anywhere else.

Our organization has been using this firm for years. This year, with COVID-19, there was a delay in getting paperwork to them. A discussion was had and an agreement that we would get them the info needed ASAP. It was sent several days later. They replied to the emailed information advising me to find a new firm. When I asked what the issue is, Portock replied no particular issue. Very unprofessional. Now Im scrambling to find a new firm and start over with no explanation and no apology. A friend had an issue with them this year as well. Id say to find a different firm now. Bad business.

.jim called me today to remind me to send in my tax info for 2019...thanks jim...i was totally procrastinating...i will drop it off tomorrow...jim finished my son's 2 months ago and he already received his refund....thanks again....no hassle

Great tax preparation. My folks have been with them for at least a decade and my wife and I use them as well.
