This advisor, and Wells Fargo (the advisor's parent bank) closed 10+ accounts owned by me, my brother, and my businesses. I was complying with all regulations, and in their termination letters, the bank did not allege I was doing anything wrong or illegal. These accounts totaled over $2.5 million. The closures caused me to default on payments to 1000 customers. Wells Fargo attempted to charge $625 in account termination fees, which were later reversed after several months. The bank also seized $206.08 in credit card rewards unilaterally, a matter which is likely to proceed to litigation. The owners of Seashore made it seem to me as if Wells Fargo alone was responsible for these account closures, but I have come to believe that Seashore's management did not adequately work with Wells Fargo to prevent this situation or that something else occurred I was not privy to. After the closures, I asked Seashore and one of its partners Gail Macker-Carlino for assistance in recovering the termination fees and the credit card rewards, and the company has "ghosted" me, ignoring two E-Mails I sent to two employees, which led me to believe that Seashore was not being honest and prompted this negative review. At the very least, not replying to E-Mails is unprofessional. There are many financial advisors in the country, and each one is associated with a partner bank. I strongly recommend narrowing your search to avoid firms like Seashore that are associated with Wells Fargo, to prevent yourself from getting into a situation like I'm mired in.
