If I could give Jim ten stars, I would definitely do so. I highly recommend him. Jim is not only extremely knowledgeable in this field; he is an excellent communicator who takes time to listen to my concerns about my account and its investments and also is so able to explain important information regarding my account in a very clear manner that I can understand and appreciate. He is highly professional, greatly experienced, and in addition, he is passionate about the world of finances and the importance of providing the very best services to his clients. He is compassionate and always takes the time needed to provide me the important updates and answer my questions.

Where to start about Jim Caulfield and Sarah Off, the team this Edward Jones has been incredible over the years and they approach with kindness and family values in mind. As a Retired Army Veteran, the understanding of VA Benefits and Military Pensions was new to Jim to learn and understand, and he personally took time out to learn, be educated, and become confident in speaking about VA Compensation and Military Pension system and how to best utilize the money for my future, as well as my families. Jim will always invest in you as a client, and friend to support your best interests and to meet your financial goals individually and your family. I would highly recommend this team for the most basic financial literacy opportunities, to trusting Jim with your financial future.
