Sage Landscape Contractors and Tree Experts

We highly recommend Sage Landscaping. Their work has really given us peace of mind, and we really appreciate all their hard work! If you need regrade work done, absolutely call Sage! When we first purchased our home, we noted that there were some drainage issues, particularly with water pooling towards the foundation, and water draining improperly through the backyard. Sage Landscaping was recommended to us by another contractor, and I'm so glad we used their services! Sage regraded our front and back yards, so water now pitches away from the front of the house, and moves along a new drainage ditch created along our back fence line. We're now 9 months post-regrade, and after every heavy rain event (which used to cause serious problems), we can happily report that water now perfectly moves away from our home's foundation and through our backyard. It's been satisfying to see that rainstorms that would have previously posed a problem are handily dealt with by the regrade. Lastly, Sage Landscaping stands by their work and makes things right. About a week after our initial regrade, we had a downpour that washed out some of the regrade work, and washed away grass seed that had been planted after the regrade. We also discovered that water wasn't quite draining correctly along the drainage ditch. Sage promptly sent out a crew who repaired the wash-out, re-seeded our yard with grass, and fixed the problem spot in our regrade to prevent future problems. Additionally, during the course of the regrade, we had a cherry tree that had roots that had to be partly cut to install drainage. Unfortunately, that tree died after the regrade work, but Sage made things right by removing and replacing the tree. We really can't recommend Sage Landscaping highly enough! Kudos for a job very well done, and excellent customer service.

Work done to connect the sump pump to the storm drain, and connect drainage from the gutters to the storm drain, around the house (required a lot of digging and laying pipes). I was having issues with water leaking into the basement. Pleasure to work with, a very efficient well-oiled team (office & the guys on the job), absolute professionals. Sage Landscape bought their expertise to solve the problems that I was having and the solution is working so far. Would definitely use them in the future.

Weve used Sage for over 20 years. Big or small projects it doesnt matter. Each and every time we got exceptional results. Our recent dilemma was a plugged gutter drainage system that unfortunately backed up into our basement with these July storms. Marcus responded immediately and his crew tackled the job and our yard looks as if nothing happened! Absolutely awesome

Ed, Marcus, Lou, and everyone at Sage Landscaping are absolutely fantastic. They helped us redesign our patio and walkway. My house is near the bottom of a hill, and I was getting a lot of rain water running across my back yard during bad rain storms. Sage created a swale near the back of the yard so that rain water would be diverted into a storm sewer. The swale has made a big difference in the amount of water running across my yard during bad storms, and the sump pump in my basement is even doing less work. Service: Yard drainage
