My husband and I purchased our first home through Paul Anthony Agency. We were very nervous taking on a huge responsibility, but their agents Marissa and Anthony calmed our nerves and walked us through step by step. It was an easy process, they even gave us great companies to use for inspection, title, and attorneys. We could not be happier with our decision.

We rented a condo from this management company for two years. At first thought this was a great place then mice started to run rampant. I contacted their office several times in regards to the issue. We were paying for our exterminator at the time but that didnt help because the issue was bigger than regular maintenance. I also found out that the management is responsible for exterminator services. Which they never sent one out. The real reason why we left. Also interesting how there was a big chunk of our security deposit deducted but no accountability on dealing with inhabitable circumstances. To charge for painting which is normal wear in tear is absurd. This is how million dollar homes are built by taking from the working class. Nonetheless, very happy to be out. Just do better for your tenants or give up rentals.

We used Paul Anthony when we were purchasing our home and they were nothing less then amazing! They were constantly updating us on viewings and listings in our specified area and always accommodated our crazy schedule. Not only did we buy our home through them but they are currently remodeling it! I never have to worry about something not being right Or done wrong. They are making my dreams a reality! I couldnt be happier with their services hands down! To anyone looking for someone to do it all, this is your company !!

I am disappointed in this family-run agency and would have expected more empathy and understanding. We rented a house from them during Covid times and when my job was being relocated out-of-state, we had to break the lease after 9 months. Despite accommodating every single showing and open house in the midst of packing/moving with two small children at home and them finding another tenant to take over the lease they still penalized me and were unwilling to waive any fees. I have been a landlord myself and on two separate occasions, I had tenants who had to break the lease but I was always reasonable and tried to work something out with them. In this instance I think this family business has lost its moral compass and they kept nearly $4500 of our security deposit. Thanks Paul Anthony
