        I dont understand why our rent was raised 10%. Or why were paying $300 more than new tenants. We have lived here for 3yrs and been good tenants, no noise complaints or late on payments. But we have had multiple issues- appliances not working, ant infestations, waiting on reimbursement of a few hundred dollars in regards to our HVAC system- management had assured us up to 10 times the money would be credited to our account and we are still waiting a year later. And theyre not willing to negotiate. Fantastic way to run a business guys.

        Nice apartments , some apartments need little updates, other than quite nice neighborhood , small but efficient gym, maintenance responds quickly, sometimes late night parking might become issue especially winter times

        The Logistics of moving that Eagle Rock Staff needed to do were handled simply and I did not need to worry. Physical moving in was also not as difficult as I expected
