Had a 9am appointment. Was told it would be 1:45 - 2 hours. Been here 4 hours now and counting and theyre not sure they can fix their own update Update: over 5 HOURS wait only to walk out with my car unfixed and out almost $200 out of pocket. I literally paid them to waste my time. If I could less than zero stars I would. A total racket !!! Do NOT buy a a Toyota and if youre already stuck with onesell it fast and definitely go elsewhere.

It's amazing how different experiences can be. I'd give them a 5 based on my experience and mine alone bringing in my vehicle under warranty. They were fast and everything was covered. Friendly people too, it was a good experience. Then I bring in my wife's vehicle that does not have a warranty on it for an oil change. Right away they identify the need for a rotation/alignment of the wheels and suggest I pay $399 for that and a oil change and fluids package. During the care for this vehicle, they send me a laundry list of things they believe I should get done. What should have been a $150 visit became a $399 visit with an additional $1,250 quote for a bunch of nonsense. Simple things that weren't needed that a kid with a craftmans set could knock out in an evening. I was disappointed to see brake fluids on that list considering brake fluid is IN FACT a fluid and should've been covered in the expensive service package I paid for. There was fuel injector and Throttle Body cleaning service, transfer case oil change, rear differential oil change. The maintenance kept coming. It mostly annoyed me because they said Toyota recommends these every 30k miles. We bought the vehicle from Toyota. This brand sold us a vehicle that by their own standards needed service that they didn't give it at the other dealership. This dealership then had the audacity to quote me some outrageous bill for what should've been done before selling the vehicle. If you ever change the brakes on one of these, make sure you put it into service mode before removing the rear calipers. I did not do this and it results in an error code that can only be cleared by a dealership. Go figure. It costs $198 dollars to have this cleared because they won't do anything less than a diagnostics fee. I'm sure the diagnostics is clearing the code and seeing that it doesn't repopulate. Merry Christmas, that will be $198, thank you for your patronage. I'll be driving the extra distance to take both of my vehicles to literally any other service center. Money isn't everything but they never once stopped reaching for my wallet.
