        My wife and I recently paid $28 for our marriage certificate, eagerly waiting for its completion. However, upon its arrival, we were disappointed to discover significant errors in my last name and birth year. When we brought this to the attention of Cynthia Sanchez at the front desk, she assured us they would rectify the mistakes in a few days. However, it took a month for us to return, only to be surprised by an additional $20 charge to correct their error. This experience was truly frustrating.
