horrible people who give tickets for street cleaning but don't even clean the city. What is the point of giving out tickets for street cleaning when the streets aren't clean at all. They are just scammers. This is one of the dirtiest places I've seen in my life, and i lived in nyc before. Also Have fun if you dont speak Spanish, theyre absolutely racist and are bias in who they give permits to.

Just helped my husband get his parking permit transferred from his old car to his new car and the process was soooo easy! Janet was super attentive and helpful and it was completed within minutes and not having to miss work and go in person. thank you guys so much! you made something we were dreading to do super simple :)

Horrible customer service, they choose favorites and never update you if you got a ticket. The attitude is insane. They cant do their jobs properly and then get upset when you show up with a bag of coins out of pettiness. I could honestly care less this wouldnt be an issue if Sacco bought them a coin machine instead of using it for his vacations. I had a rental due to a car accident and the lady was so incredibly unhelpful after I was told to go to the location to pick something up so I wouldnt be charged or ticketed. She says its online but there is nothing online for a rental permit or anything. I was told on the phone that I wouldnt have to pay and when I arrive apparently whoever I spoke with gave me the wrong info. Anyway do better cuz its no wonder everyone hates parking authority especially NB. I had no idea I had a ticket since they cant even properly place a ticket on a windshield and then surprise me with e legal notice. Ridiculous
