        The customer service was the worst I had ever encountered. The people who work there were very tough, disrespectful and unhelpful

        How is that the place is close when I have an appointment and I didnt receive any notice. Supposedly, from someone that was there before me, they closed due to the earthquake, which was nothing. How can you not cancel appointments and let the visitors know you are close. Also, they show as open in google.

        We spend so much time complaining about DMV that when they do a nice job, they don't get the credit they deserve. Made my appointment for a Real ID online. Confirmed documents needed on the Website and was in and out in 45 minutes... and this was on a Saturday! The folks working there were helpful, especially Salah who was awesome. I applaud the strides that have been made and although not perfect it was an overall good experience. Keep up the good work.

        From what I observed. they were very kind and helpful to everyone. The employees were friendly, and NOT dismissive at all. I was pleasantly surprised. Kepp it up! Also, tried to expedite all process quickly. No slackers there.
