The best Chase experience I have ever had was at the North Bergen branch. Highly recommend.

Had to go to pay off my car loan. Had to wait a bit as I wasn't able to schedule on line. Evelyn was able to help me completely. Very satisfied with this experience. Update 08/08/23. Alex and Janini have helped me as well with my recent queries. Very well run branch. Plenty of parking. Best Chase branch around. Anthony also is a very helpful rep. Cordial and empathetic. 1/02/24 went to do a wire transfer and Vanessa and Alex were very good in assisting. Best Chase branch by far.

The ATM machine never work, at this Chase location; most of the time.. the line on the drive-thru is to long all the time... we have to wait a long time... very disappointed..

Do not come to this place. My daughter just left there to open a college checking account and the useless employees there just had food delivered there so they left my kid in there waiting so they could eat. And we spent over an hour there for nothing. She then tried to give my kid spanish literature. Which my kid does not speak Spanish. This place is a waste a space. That will be the last time we will ever do business at that specific location.
