E Plaza and Residences

I have been a Tenant for the past 2 years and I've had a beautiful experience with the staff And the way this building is maintained. They have always been very attentive to all of my needs and I am Looking forward to staying here for years to come.

The apartment itself is not too bad, the property managers are fine, the garage and facility are quite bad but bearable. Everything is alright until you leave the building. I asked two cleaning ladies to come in and did a deep cleaning, and they did a great job, which cost me 150 dollars. Today I just received my deposit check, and Im left speechless. Last advice from me: you deserve a better building to live in.

Before you rent here, check out the reviews. They are scamer and give them 1 month rent security and use it for your last rent before you live cause it will be gone through fees : 1. They will charge you for cleaning microwave 2. They will charge you for maintenance of fridge and dishwasher. 3. They will charge you for cleaning the apartment. Not matter how clean you give them back the apartment. They will found away to keep your money. And the ladies in the management are rude, uneducated and be prepared to deal with racisme too if you are person of color.

Where do I startdo not rent with them!!! First of all the building has leaking chemical which spilled in the garage on my new car! The garage is hard to access. Many residents have bumps and scratches on their cars in the building trying to access the car elevator(me included). They are rude and when the time comes to give you your deposit, they will create useless fees to keep your money even though you leave the apartment spotless. Such a nightmare to deal with them. I was impatient to leave. They are vey shady and unprofessional (I am appalled by the content of the emails they send). Well at least you have been warned!!!

You've been warned ... I have had the pleasure of residing at this building for approximately 20 months. The building itself is very nice, and the apartments are decently put together. The gym is small, but has a good amount of equipment and machines (typically not working but they are there)! Dealing with management staff is NOT worth the HASSLE. My roommate and I were charged numerous nefarious charges for damages (not at all caused by our doing), which took months of simply trying to obtain a response and reverse these payments. The staff is rude, lazy and in simple terms DIFFICULT. From my experiences, they do not respond to calls, texts or emails and even if you receive an answer, it was extremely vague, which just requires a follow up and more time wasted!! Even when returning our security deposit, the management staff was unresponsive and extremely vague with their response. I finally gave up after realizing it was not worth arguing with uneducated individuals and lost hundreds of dollars that was wrongfully taken. With the numerous buildings recently built on Kennedy, I recommend checking out a different building and saving yourself from these troubles!
