Very confusing experience both times. Went on a Monday night it says they close at 8 got there at 7:50 for a pickup order and they already locked the doors and stared at me from inside. Second try of picking up my order, was stared at by a male worker who loudly and openly was talking about me to a female worker in the printing department as they stared, talked about me, and giggled. Very weird experience overall and wont be going back.

I dropped off a galaxy tablet because it had damaged screen glass. I dropped it off to have the screen fixed and protected screen glass added. I was told that it would be sent out for the repair. Its supposed to take up to two weeks. I called today and they said it was still out and may take up to three weeks more. That they would call me once it was ready for pick up. I paid over $150.00 dollars and I should be able to call them for an update. Instead they make you feel like youre bothering them. Its been over a week already. I think they should have a better customer experience.

Understaffed and the people who did show up are exhausted corporate needs to do better and take care of their employees. Nobody asked me to put this review here this is just my observation as a customer I don't know anyone who works here and I have never worked here.
