I just returned from another visit to Dr. Ward. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Ward and the staff are very professional, highly skilled, unfailingly friendly and consistently put patient wellbeing and comfort first.

These folks are great. From the hygienists to Dr. Ward himself. All very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Ive had lots of work done, and see them all the time. I realize the dentist is not the place most would choose to spend their time, but the marvelous staff here makes all the difference!

Considering there are so many positive reviews of this place, its really sad that I had such awful experiences. On my first visit, the woman asked me, before they did anything, how I was going to pay for my work and if I even had insurance which was very demeaning. They then violated HIPAA and called my mom to talk to her about the work I needed (i never put her on the informed consent paper) instead of talking to me. My second and last visit Dr. Ward completely disregarded my phobia of needles although he did administer something to ease the anxiety he never checked in with me to see if I was comfortable enough or ready for the anesthetic, which I wasnt. He went in without saying anything and I started to panic and push him away while he tried to force it on me. Got pricked on the hand in the crossfire. He claimed, I gave you what you wanted. Unfortunately no apologies will make up for these experiences so any response from the dentistry is not needed or wanted. I just suggest that the staff be more empathetic towards patients.
