Anne Nedelka, LPC

Anne came recommended to me by a coworker after my I reached out to my therapist asking for an appointment only to be told she didn't have a time for me for 3 months. I contacted Anne, explained the situation and she offered me an appointment the next day! Anne is incredibly different than my last. She's extremely easy to talk to for starters. She focuses a ton of mindfulness and positive talk (which we all need). Anne had helped me within the last 2 years with some of my major issues more than anyone had before. I trust Anne so much that my 12 year old daughter sees her and so do some of my friends that I've recommended her to. She has a heart of gold. She does her job to help others and it shows.

Anne has been working with my 20 year old daughter since she was 5. My daughter receives therapy at college and continues to meet with Anne virtually. I think that speaks volumes to Anne's unteachable talent to connect, listen and communicate with people of all ages. So Thank You Anne - you are awesome.

Anne is truly one of the most helpful, genuine, and caring LPC I have worked with. She is so well rounded in how she communicates and does her practice. I immediately knew I was safe with her, and whatever I discussed with her. When I needed advice or just some perspective she always knew the right thing to say, and she gave me the right tools that actually transformed me into who I am today. She was able to guide me and give me these tools because she understood who I wanted to be, I just did not know how to get there. I have been seeing Anne for almost 3 years now, and she is absolutely one of the main reasons I am happy, and why I enjoy life again. She has helped me grow and learn so much about myself as a person, and she has believed in me since day 1. Having someone believe in me, when I couldn't believe in myself was absolutely one of the most impactful moments that really is what started my journey, and gave me the ability to believe in myself. I was at my lowest when I first met with Anne, and now I am grateful and happy to be alive. Because of Anne I am living my life in a way that truly aligns with my values and who I always wanted to be.

Anne has been working with our daughter since she was in the 4th grade. We turned to Anne after she was recommended to us and after not knowing where else to turn. Years later, my daughter is now about to enter high school and still has check ins with Anne. She has never made us feel guilty for stepping away at times (when my daughter has things in check) and is always ready to work with our hectic schedules just to make sure that my daughter can see her for that peace of mind when she needs it. Anne is patient, kind, and as a mother, when we cant fix all of the internal boo-boos that can mentally harm our children, Anne has always been that soft place to land for our daughter. For that, we will always be grateful to her. -Jessica
