If you have an older appliance, don't waste your money with this service. Charged $127. to check the washer, stayed less than ten minutes, used the opportunity to train another repairman while there, and said the washer is shot, or if I wanted, would cost $600. to repair it. Then skipped out the door with $127. for doing nothing. They had no intention of repairing due to the age of the washer and this could have been discussed when the appointment was made over the phone without even bothering with a service call.

Great service and excellent repairmen I highly recommend Dale's, it's better to fix than buy new junky overpriced stuff! They always do a great job.

Talk about exceptional customer service....Mike came out to work on my dishwasher and I could not be happier with the service! Not only is he a super nice guy with a great sense of humor, but he stayed until 6pm on a Friday night to make sure EVERYTHING was checked out and running efficiently before he left. Very impressed; keep up the great work!

After Dale was referred by my trusted neighbors, I called about my Jenn-Air Electric oven. I had hoped it was just an element or a sensor and instead of being told I'd have to wait for a week or two, he walked me through a preliminary diagnosis on the phone, then with my Model #, he ordered the element and assured me it would arrive the next day (which it did). The next day he asked if I'd be home and up he came with the element and installed it in probably 30 minutes! Very congenial besides professional with good value to boot! I highly recommend Dale's services;- he drove from Stanwood to almost Concrete!

Hi Felix, As a Christian business man, I work hard at making sure we provide honest and reliable service with properly trained techs which is done by both the manufacturers and in-house. I am sorry that you feel as though you wasted your money but please understand that we cannot properly diagnose an issue over the phone which means sending a technician out to your home and yes, it is expensive. I have been in the service industry for over 52 years and remember when a service call was five dollars and Gasoline was .27 cents a gallon. I wish it wasn't so expensive but we only charge what is needed today to cover our overhead and pay our employees. You also mention not to spend money on an older appliance, actually, depending on the brand and product, some of the older appliances were better built and as long as we can get parts for them, it may make better sense keeping and fixing the older ones. That's because all we see out of the new ones is 2 to 5 years, sometimes 7 to 8 years.
