        I paid for recharge on 23rd of December. All these are reference numbers I am getting for a single issue from Lycamobile still not resolved! 99261425 (12/25/2023) 99278390 (12/27/2023) 99308274 (12/29/2023) I called on 01/01/2024) they said it can take 24-48 hours On 01/02/2024) got the same answer that it can take (24-48 hours) Today I called again got answer it can take 24-48 hours.

        If I could give minus points, I would surely do so. I've requested 10 times to deactivate my auto-renewal plan and get a refund, but no one is taking any action. Customer service is not addressing the issue, just asking to wait for 5 days or 2 days, and I've waited almost 15 days with no response. It's the worst experience ever. I recommend avoiding contact with customer service. If you face similar problems, I suggest changing from Lyca to Mint.

      • Lycamobile will try anything to stop you to change your number out! I have called 12 times with customer service. And Problem still not able to solve! This company is a fraud! If you don't wanna lose your number, stay away from this fraud company! For real, the worst company ever!
