Natasha, the property manager was extremely helpful for my mothers move out. She provided tools necessary to take apart pieces of furniture. Made my family and I feel appreciated, which was a great addition to the already stressful move out. Thank you for everything Natasha! Assisted my mother with a move out of this storage facility this past weekend and the Property Manger, Natasha Rodriguez, was very attentive and helpful, while my family and I loaded our Uhaul truck. She gave us water without us even asking. Provided some snacks to keep my son busy and full while we loaded. She saw us struggle to keep things on the truck without moving, so she gave us her personal bungee cord so we can secure our things. She checked in on us every so often and it was so refreshing to be at a place where you can tell the person loves their job. She keeps the office and storage spaces clean and tidy. I normally do not take the time to make a review but she is very much worth it. Being from Newark NJ, it can be prejudged easily for its bad reputation. She made Newark look amazing and represented Storage King USA in a major way. I recommend anyone who is looking for a storage unit with cheap prices, clean, great quality and customer service Storage King USA is the place to store! Thanks again for all your help Natasha, please do not change who you are! The world needs more people like you!
