        Disappointing experience. Menu board processed the order even though the items were not available. Refund process convoluted and time consuming online process. No clue when refund will be processed. If the order process is the same at other places in the food court, don't eat here.

        This place is a scam. They don't disable menu items when they're out of supplies, such as pastrami. In order to get a refund you have to apply online and wait a week. What a joke of an establishment to charge $20 for a sandwich.

        Attitude from workers. We made an order and paid online. They didnt complete the order and made us go through a long refund process. No customer service help. Just because they wanted to turn off the breakfast grill. It was strange how poor the system and people working here did. Almost funny how bad. But its the airport where they have a captive audience so makes sense.
