My Best Experience studying with Jenn in the morning class, I did not miss any class day. This is an Intensive course where you MUST take notes, and please ask any questions that you might have. Right after you pass the school exam (which is a piece of cake,) dont wait to long to take state test! What help me to pass at the first time the test was was to reinforce listening Brunos The instructor you tube videos. Watch them PLESSE!!! Besides New Direction School, there is as well a Brokerage and Mortgage comp. Where actually Im working with! Lastly iI can tell you Real Estate is my Passion

This class was definitely not just your read and be read to real estate course! Jennifer and Bruno are amazing instructors, who listen to you and actually answer the questions placed before them; even if the questions were actually funny to hear from our peers. They have a great sense of humor and are knowledgeable to say the least. I will be recommending them to any and all who ask about real estate courses! I tip my hat to their professionalism and humanity. Rare gem here folks! Wait no longer and sign up for their course!

I took the course for my 75 hour real estate salesperson pre-licensing with Bruno as my instructor. Bruno is an excellent teacher! His teaching style is backed up with many real life examples from his own professional experience and that of his colleagues in the real estate business. This makes the material easier to learn and easier to connect with, rather than just reading it from the book. I felt comfortable being able to ask anything that I had trouble understanding from the material. Bruno went above and beyond to explain the concept until the point where I understood it and he did this for every single student. He wouldn't move on to the next topic until everyone's questions were answered because he really cared. Even after class, at 10 pm on a weekday, he would stay back to answer any questions I had with the material and even with my own real estate experiences in my personal professional life and he didn't have to for the 75 hr licensing. The content to cover is long and hard to fit in 75 hrs but I believe the course structure was able to achieve that for me. Of course, it is on the students to be completely attentive, to participate in class, and to review/study after class but having the right instructor was really important to me and it paid off! I didn't have Jennifer as my instructor but she had helped me lay out a plan for preparing for the state exam and I had passed because of it mixed with Bruno's teaching. Not to mention both have a great sense of humor which makes class fly by!
