If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. When I left, they double charged me a months rent and still hasnt returned it 8 MONTHS later! Talk about disrespectful. I Would NEVER Recommend any of their properties. Office continues to ignore my emails even after they said they would resolve publicly Still havent CALLED or EMAILED me its April 2024 almost a year later. Dont believe anything they say.

This is the worst place to work and live. Staff gets fired with no reason, explanation nor a severance package. The leasing girl at 141 is sleeping with the male tenants that she got into the building, and also staff who are naive enough to her ploys. Shes sneaky. You are not respected by upper management, they do not value you, they look at you as if you are beneath them. Any manager who comes there, thinking they have a long future. Good luck. Because they will get rid of you as well. No one is safe!! Unless youre family!!!

Lived there for 7years with peaceful responsible neighbors! Really enjoyed the utilities working properly and most importantly receiving my packages safely from UPS by the front desk personnel.

They are the worst! I received a one year promotion with 1 month free on my first year lease and as soon as my lease expired they charged me twice for the month and tacked on a pet fee (that I did not request) and charged $50 for amenities. Their buildings are overly priced for a stinking closet space apartment!!! I am reporting them to the BBB! Unbelievable!

Horrible place to live, please tell me how Im on the 6th floor and my apartment flooded twice in less than a month. Every time it rains the water pours in to my apartment and all they did was poke holes and said the water will drain and I shouldnt have any issues and here we are three weeks later. Flooded again, and after emails and calling the emergency line, no one answered the call, email or text. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The list can go on with other issues. The picture was them trying to fix the floor with all the glue coming out the corner. And mold under the floor boards.
