Teikesha is truly amazing at what she does! She works hard for her clients and goes the extra mile. As a first time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed and nervous with the process. From the first consultation, Teikesha made me feel empowered and she educated me on what I needed to know. She asked for my wishlist and kept my desires in mind as we saw houses. As the rates began to increase in 2022, I decided it may be best for me to purchase a 3 family, instead of a 2. Id never forget, the day I updated my tracker with a list of 3 families to see, she provided me with info on an off-market 3 family new construction. It was EVERYTHING I desired. I want to start my review off by saying that Teikesha is the best, hands down! Especially if you're searching for a new construction property. When I met Teikesha I was ready to give up after looking at houses for over a year. She introduced me to new construction properties, which I always felt were out of my price range. Within 6 months of meeting Teikesha, I was able to close on a two family new construction home and I'll be forever grateful to Teikesha for making my homeownership dream a reality. Teikesha is focused and dedicated, she plays no games. Even after closing, Teikesha still makes sure to check in to make sure everything is good. This experience was stressful and overwhelming at times, but I'm so grateful that I had God and Teikesha on my side

If you need a trustworthy realtor that will always be in your corner, its Teikesha! She helped us find our first new home and made the home buying experience a breeze. She made sure to walk us through all the buying phases from start to finish so we knew what to expect next. She is very knowledgeable and was patient when answering all of our questions. Even when we couldn't make up our minds she stuck with us through the end. We can't thank Teikesha enough for helping us get through this special milestone and look forward to a forever relationship!
